Settlement between Baygum Khanum and her son, 1921
Shafa Baygum Khanum, Amin al-Mamalik's wife, transfers all her belongings except her share of the house and the garden to her son, Aqa Mirza Isma‘il Khan, in exchange for a Kashmir shawl worth fifty tumans. These include: land, household furnishings, books, cash, rugs, copperware, lamp, a Kashmir shawl. The revocation clause is included, and, on the margins, Shafa Baygum Khanum and Mirza Ismai‘l confirm this settlement on February 1, 1923. On verso, the settlement has been revoked and signed by Muhammad ‘Ali, the son of Muhammad Isma‘il, on December 17, 1925.

Settlement between Khanum Sultan and Aqa Baygum, 1911
After Nayib Ibrahim, son of Haji Muhammad Baqir from Khuzan, died without leaving a will, there was a dispute between Nayib Ibrahim's wife Khanum Sultan, daughter of Mirza Muhammad Hasan from Andan, and Nayib Ibrahim's daughter Aqa Baygum, wife of ‘Abd al-Rahman. Khanum Sultan demanded her share of the inheritance and what was hers according to her marriage contract. Dividing the inheritance of Sayyid Ibrahim, 1921
After listing the properties of Haji Sayyid Kazim Aqa, his mother (Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum), and inheritors of the late Mashhadi Sayyid Ibrahim, the share of inheritance of Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum, the mahr of Fatimah Khanum (wife of Sayyid Ibrahim) and of Sayyidah Sakinah Khanum (wife of Sayyid Kazim) were determined. Then Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum settled her share with Sayyid Kazim and inheritors of Sayyid Ibrahim; Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum will hold ownership of her household items, clothing, and her gold. Also, custodians of underage children have been determined.

Marriage and divorce contracts of Shahrbanu, daughter of Mashhadi ‘Ali, and Qasim, son of Mashhadi Haydar. The mahr was thirty tumans to buy goldware, copperware, felt, bedding from Isfahan, a rug, silk and European chintz clothes, and some property. The groom settled with his mother over copperware, felt, beddings, set of European chintz clothes, and part of the property. Later, he settled a part of the mentioned items with his father. On January 9, 1905, Shahrbanu settled her mahr with Qasim for one hundred dinars and one charik [unit of weight] of wheat in order to get a divorce.

Marriage contract of the daughter of Shaykh ‘Ali from Usku and ‘Abd al-Khaliq, son of Ustad Muhsin from Usku; her mahr is one-fourth of a house, one-fourth of a garden, a set of bedding worth three tumans, a gold ring and a bath bowl worth one tuman, a candlestick worth three thousand five hundred dinars, all belonging to groom's mother and father. On November 25, 1876, the daughter of Shaykh ‘Ali settled with ‘Abd al-Khaliq over one-fourth of the mentioned garden in exchange with one-third of another piece of land.
